Gypset Style ~ Gypsy Galeria, Sayulita

A great souvenir store that I discovered while in Sayulita is the Gypsy Galeria. The Gypsy Galeria is a store run by two ex pats, a mother/daughter combo. Located on Calle Marlin (right near the beach), this store has a fantastic variety of items from vintage beer trays to oil paintings–all with beautiful, tropical colors. There are many items reflective of Mexican traditions and customs, including the milagro-studded crosses.

The store is set up like a bazaar, with its beautiful wares artfully laid out on tables in the center of the store. You will find a little bit of everything if you take your time to browse through the store. When I travel I always pick up a christmas ornament from each new destination I am visiting. Gypsy Galleria didn’t disappoint in the colorful, truly mexican ornaments they peddle. It’s definitely on my must-shop list for Sayulita. The perfect little place to find a bit of Sayulita to take home to your family and friends.

Oh my gosh. This looks like the coolest place! I love buying ornaments on vacation… but I don’t think mine have ever been anything cool! What an awesome tree you must have (p.s. I’m obsessed with Christmas).
