Gypset Style ~ Sugar High Love Stoned

Sugar High Love Stoned is a vintage inspired gypset clothing and accessory line. Founded by Tami Snodgrass and Chloe Chippendale, the line was created for “lovers, artists, misfits, vagabonds, sinners, old-souls, rebels, stoners, drifters, movers, shakers + rolling stones.” How much more gypset can you get?? đŸ™‚ All you have to do is take a peek at their lookbook to feel a serious gypset vibe. They have a collection of short little films that show off pieces from their line–here’s one:

While, Tami has since moved on to start her own venture Stoned Immaculate (vintage clothing line and online store), Chloe continues to work on Sugar High Love Stoned from her home in Haiku, on Maui. The clothes in the Sugar High Love Stoned line are made with care in the USA. I love their motto: “Sewn Here/Not Flown Here!” In fact, the vintage tees are hand dyed in tea to give them their “vintage” feel. All of the tie dyed items are actually hand dyed by Chloe in her backyard in Hawaii!

Some of their trademark items, in addition to their beautiful vintage tees, are their limited edition vintage army jackets. Their are only 13 of these jackets in each graphic design, so they are truly one of a kind. All alterations are done by hand, making each item unique. Each jacket is numbered and signed to ensure its authenticity.

Their latest collection includes some 70s inspired velvet hot shorts and coordinating tops and some great vintage gypset tunics. There are also a few totally gypset dresses including the Uschi dress and the Belladona dress. I think any of the Sugar High Love Stoned pieces would be a great addition to a gypset wardrobe!
