Just like the Royal Palm Mauritius, the Royal Palm Marrakech has partnered with the beauty company Clarins to provide products and services in their on site luxury spa. You will be blown away when you enter this relaxing spa, as it resembles a Moroccan palace. The space is divided into different treatment areas with a massage area, hammam and sauna area, and relaxation area. There are specific sections of the spa dedicated to women only, which include the private garden, ice bath, and a sauna.

There are a number of different signature services that blend the best of Clarins and the Moroccan culture at the Royal Palm Marrakech. Choose from relaxing massage, facials, body wraps, make-up treatments and more. One of the best signature treatments is the Art of Touch, which combines 3 different energetic touch techniques to relax, revitalize, and regenerate. It’s amazing!
My favorite treatment was the traditional hammam. You relax in a steam room (hammam) while you enjoy a deep exfoliation treatment. A spa attendant rubs you down with warm water, luxurious Moroccan oils (a bit like a mini massage) and in my case an exfoliation mitt. For Moroccans this experience is as typical as a mani-pedi is for us here in America. It is something most enjoy every week, hence the gorgeous Moroccan skin you see every where on streets on women and men alike.
My hammam experience was so relaxing and at the end of the treatment, my skin never felt so soft and smooth. If you aren’t planning a trip to Morocco soon, I encourage you to search for a hammam in a city near you or one you plan to visit.
